Our family-owned company based in the village of Bohuslavice nad Metují near Nachod was established in 1996.
In specializes in manufacture of pipe stoppers for piping systems, a variety of rubberized fabric items, rubber metal parts and various mechanical rubber parts using the classic metods of moulding.

Pipe stoppers:

Pipe stoppers are intended for the quick sealing of sewerage pipes, shafts, drains and inlets. They are advantageously used in ecological disasters, during floods, in maintanance and repairs or when carrying out tightness tests of new or existing pipelines.
They are available in three basic versions: short pipe stoppers, pipe stoppers for various piping diameters, and through-way pipe stoppers. Pipe stoppers can be used forsealing pipes from 50 millimeters up to 800 millimeters in diameter. Made of highly weather-proof, effluent and sewage water resistant rubber, the bags have excellent antiskid and anti-deformating properties and are also partly resistand to chemicals. They are reinforced with tire cord that makes the bags be very strong, durable and safe.

Mechanical rubber parts

Mechanical rubber parts are moulded on classiccuring presses. We use the NR, SBR, NBR, EPDM, CR and other rubbers the Shore hardness of which ranges from 40 to 90. We are also able to manufacture individual parts in very small as well as in very large series. Our range of products includes various packing cups and lips, O-rings, bushings, side and end stops, water-fitting parts and parts for the automotive industry.
We are also able to work out the respective technical documentation, to get the mould manufactured and to suggest a suitable kind of rubber for the given final product.
